How can we help?
Straight answers about billing, data latency, alerts, and your account. Can't find it here? We answer every support email.
Getting started
Your first five minutes: sign in, connect, add a watchlist, set an alert.
Data & latency
What Live, Delayed, and EOD really mean for each asset class.
Charting guides
Short, plain-language primers on RSI, moving averages, MACD, and candles.
Developer API
Pull freshness-labeled prices, candles, session status, datasets, and webhooks into your own scripts.
Billing & plans
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan has no card, no trial countdown, and no expiry. You get all four asset classes, labeled feeds, one watchlist, standard indicators, five basic alerts, a limited Trend Radar, one-week replay windows, a metered API trial and a limited realtime socket. It is yours to keep as long as you want.
What does Pro add?
Pro removes the Free caps: unlimited watchlists, alerts and layouts; full Trend Radar history; advanced alerts (groups, webhooks, multi-channel delivery); unlimited replay windows and multi-chart grids; crypto backtesting and paper trading; the dataset builder with crypto-only downloads; the full developer API; higher WebSocket limits; and outbound webhooks. MCP is planned for later.
What does Pro cost and how is it billed?
Pro is $19.99 per month, or $203.88 per year if you pay annually ($16.99/month equivalent). Subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy and auto-renew until you cancel.
Will I be charged without warning?
Never. We email you a reminder at least 3 days before every renewal charge. If you cancel before the renewal date, the renewal is skipped and you are not charged again.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my data?
Cancel from the pricing page or your account page with one click. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and your watchlists, layouts, and alerts are never deleted. You can cancel future renewals at any time.
What happens when Pro expires and I drop to Free?
You keep everything you built. Features above the Free limits are simply held over — for example, if you have more than the Free alert limit, your extra alerts stay saved but pause until you are on Pro again.
Can I get a refund?
Generally fees are non-refundable once a period begins, but we fully refund any charge that was our error (a duplicate charge, or a renewal after you cancelled) if you contact us within 30 days. See the Refund Policy for details.
Data & latency
Is crypto data actually live?
Yes. Crypto ticks stream tick-by-tick over Binance's public WebSocket and are labeled Live at the source. If the connection drops, the label and stream status update — the chart never claims live data it isn't receiving.
What does “Delayed 15 min” mean?
Exactly what it says. US equity quotes are contractually 15 minutes behind the live tape, so we show that label next to the symbol instead of hiding it in fine print. Forex is delayed by roughly 10 seconds, and futures are end-of-day.
Why is everything except crypto delayed?
Real-time equity, forex, and futures data is licensed and costs money at the source — free feeds simply don't get it. Instead of faking real-time labels, we show the true latency on every tick. That is the whole point of the honesty system.
Can I get real-time stocks or futures?
Not today. Free sources cannot provide it, and we won't label delayed data as live. If we ever add a licensed real-time feed, it will be labeled accurately and priced accordingly.
How do I tell how current a chart is?
Every symbol shows a latency badge — Live, Delayed 15 min, EOD, or Daily ref (forex shows the ECB daily reference rate with its rate date, not a tradable quote). The badge is set by the data adapter at ingestion, so it reflects the actual feed, not a guess made in the UI.
Alerts & notifications
What kinds of alerts can I set?
Price alerts that fire when a symbol crosses a level you choose — above or below a target price. You can create, edit, and delete alerts from the Alerts page and from any symbol's chart.
How will I know when an alert fires?
Fired alerts appear in your in-app notifications feed — the bell icon in the header. You can mark them read individually or all at once. Alerts are evaluated against the ticks as they arrive from the stream.
Are there limits on how many alerts I can have?
The Free plan includes a limited number of alerts. Pro removes the practical limit. If you downgrade, extra alerts stay saved but paused until you upgrade again.
Can alerts fire on delayed data?
Yes, and the badge on the symbol tells you how current the triggering tick was. For stocks that is 15 minutes behind, so an alert can fire after the price actually crossed your level. Keep that in mind for time-sensitive decisions.
Account & security
How do I sign in?
Google OAuth only. There are no passwords to leak or reset — you sign in with Google and we create or link your account. You can add two-factor authentication from your account page.
Is my session secure?
Sessions use an HttpOnly, Secure cookie that scripts cannot read. Protected pages are guarded server-side, and your data is only visible to your account.
How do I sign out?
Open the avatar menu in the top-right header and choose Sign out. This clears your session cookie locally; nothing on the server is deleted.
How do I delete my account and data?
Request account deletion from the account page or email support@finpull.app. Deletion removes your profile, watchlists, alerts, and layouts.
Using the app
What is the dashboard?
The dashboard is your home screen — a live snapshot of your watchlist with ticks streaming in over one WebSocket connection, with filters for crypto, forex, stocks, and futures.
What is a layout?
A layout is a saved arrangement of your chart pane, indicators, and timeframes. The Free plan includes one; Pro lets you save more and switch between multi-chart grids.
What does the stream indicator mean?
The dot in the header shows your WebSocket connection state. Green means connected and receiving ticks; grey means the stream is down and the chart is showing the last cached data.
Can I use FinPull anonymously?
Yes. Anyone can open a symbol and explore a chart. You need an account to save watchlists, alerts, and layouts.
